Why is it that our favorite foods are never listed on those lists of foods that God designed for us to eat to stay healthy? Of course the answer to the above question is “none of the above”, but we still keep trying to get our favorites listed on these healthy food lists. Just this past year, I’ve heard how healthy wine is, how wonderful dark chocolate is for your health and even that coffee is very healthy too! YEAH my favorite foods finally made it, or have they?
