What Can You Do To Take A Peak To Your Insides?
Have you ever been interested in how healthy you really are? Do you want to know how your organs look and function? Although this is not a foolproof way by any means, in order to “see” your insides, take a good look at your outsides.
Many people are able to look at pregnant women and say how clear and beautiful their skin is and how they have a glow about them. Well their body is producing more life and it shows.
On the other hand, when someone has been a smoker for a number of years, that shows too. People can tell long time smokers from their leathery, wrinkled skin. Just think about what is happening to that smoker’s organs inside their body.
Just by looking at our skin, hair, and nails, we can get a glimpse to our organs health status. If our skin, hair and nails are dry and brittle, there is an indication that our organs may be dehydrated as well. Therefore, applying lotion and extra conditioner to our skin, hair and nails may make those outside organs look great, but the inside organs are still suffering.
Remember, that your core health is very important and we can easily be distracted to cover up problems that are indications to more serious issues going on in our bodies. If you have something going on, like dry skin, ask yourself if you are drinking adequate water. Don’t just cover up, get to the cause and increase your core health!!!
Here are some simple things to do to improve your health and in turn… your skin.
· Moderate exercise
· 8 hours restful sleep nightly
· Eat healthy foods- fruits, vegetables, nuts, organic, free range foods
· Drink the right amount of water for your weight
· Avoid food with a high sugar content
· Eat a variety of foods.
· Stay well adjusted to enhance your immune system!
