Life Force

It’s Never Too Late!

It’s never too late for what, you may ask. Well, it’s never too late to get on the path to health. You have a vital force within you that can work amazingly well if you don’t interfere with it. If you remove things in your life that have been interfering with that force, you can be on your path to good health.

Let me explain a little about this vital force within your body. You may refer to it as God, Universal Intelligence, Life Force or anything else that suits you. This force works in ways that we are not really able to understand fully. We all know that we can take apart a car to the bare minimum of pieces and then reassemble the pieces so that the car can work to its fullest capacity, of course assuming that you know how to put the car together properly. The same holds true for a computer. A computer can be disassembled into its smallest components and then put together again so there are no problems with its function.

However, even though we can replace certain organs in the body, to this day we have not been able to take apart a live human body or other living creature to its smallest forms and then put them back together to get that body living again. The power of that vital force is the difference between the inanimate car, the inanimate computer and the living human body.

This vital force that is in our body needs to be nurtured and cared for otherwise it will cease to exist. We need to be sure that the foods we eat are as close to “living” as we can. Of course fresh raw vegetables are much better than processed canned vegetables by providing more quality nutrients and allowing our body to function at a more productive level. It is never too late to start nurturing this vital force and giving our body the tools necessary to slow down the aging process and heal itself.

Ways to nurture that vital force include…

Ø Get adjusted regularly so your body can communicate with itself.

Ø Eat foods that are as close to nature as possible.

Ø Get adequate sleep and rest, generally 8 hours a day is necessary.

Ø Exercise regularly about 4-5 times a week.

Ø Maintain a mind full of positive thoughts. It may take a while to get there, but it will be well worth it!
