Although I had been to many "specialists" for fibromyalga, without exception, I would be given a prescription and told to exercise more. Sometimes I would be sent for physical therapy without result.
You were the only one (including the physical therapists) who told me about this painful malady and encouraged me as I worked through them using the techniques you taught me. It is a great feeling to know I have a degree of control and that on the other side of trigger point release is much welcome relief.
