Chemical Intake Analysis

Is your body overwhelmed by the number or amount of chemicals you are taking? Are you afraid of side-effects? Are you unsure of their various interactions? Chemicals can have a detrimental effect on fibromyalgia symptoms.  Supplements, toxins in the food you eat, and other chemicals that enter your body may be interacting in a way that is preventing your body from healing.  These chemicals can also be causing side effects that can create other problems.

If you are in this situation, Dr. Hendricksen can offer you a Chemical Intake Analysis. This analysis will consist of a questionnaire followed up with a 30 minute (approximate) personal telephone consultations with Dr. Hendricksen to go over the results.  The questionnaire will be used to gather information about all of the chemicals you may be taking (including over-the-counter, prescribed, herbs, and any other dietary supplements). In the second, Dr. Hendricksen will go over all of the possible side-effects and interactions you may be experiencing, and make recommendations about what to do.

Please keep in mind that Dr. Hendricksen is not a Medical Doctor, is not your Primary Care Physician (PCP), and is not familiar with your past medical history.  Therefore, she can not and will not give you advice that contradicts that given to you by your PCP. After your consultation, however, you will have all of the information you need to go back to your PCP to discuss your treatment options. Only your PCP may change the prescriptions and advice you have been following!

After purchasing your intake analysis, you will be directed to a questionnaire to fill out and then our office will call to schedule your consultation to go over your results approximately one week later..
