General Product Policy
Products for sale on MyFibroHelp.Com are sold as a service to registered members only.  Many of these products are not available for sale to the general public.  Wherever possible, products reflect a member-only discount that is also available to registered members only.

Shipping Charges
For all Biotics products, prices do not include a $10.50 flat rate shipping charge.  This shipping charge applies to Biotics products only, and is used to pay for shipping directly from Biotics Research, Inc.  For this one low rate, you may purchase as many products as you wish!

For all other products, prices include shipping.  You will pay no additional shipping charges when purchasing these items!

Return Policy
You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus a 15% restocking fee.  This policy does not apply to Robotic Massage Chairs.

Robotic Massage Chairs
Robotic massage chairs are shipped directly from the manufacturer and we cannot accept returns on these items. These products do come with a standard 1-year warranty provided by Human Touch Technology.
