So, you're a new member and would like to learn how to use this website! Well, you've come to the right place. Here, we will give you a brief description of all of the features available so that you get the most out of your experience here at MyFibroHelp.Com.

Top Menu Bar

Along the top portion of the website, you will see a menu bar with the following choices: "Home", "Testimonials", "About Us", "Products", and "Free Information". These choices were designed for non-members. They allow visitors to get an idea of who we are, what we are doing, and what kinds of products we offer. For the most part, there is no need for you to utilize these links. The Main Menu will provide you with everything you need!

Main Menu

The Main Menu is available to you on the right-hand part of the screen. It is not available to you until you have logged on with your user ID and password.

Account Information

Use the Account Information option allows you to update your name, e-mail, user name, and password.

Did You Know?

Dr. Hendricksen has been writing a weekly informational article about general health topics. Here, you can access archives of all past "Did You Know?" articles!

Private Support

A part of your membership at MyFibroHelp includes private support from Dr. Hendricksen. While it is possible to e-mail Dr. Hendricksen directly, you should be aware that e-mail delivery can be unreliable and is also not secure (private). For that reason, MyFibroHelp.Com includes Private Messaging, which allows you to send and receive messages privately. We recommend that you use this method to communicate with Dr. Hendricksen, because it is 100% reliable and 100% secure because your information remains encrypted on our private web servers. This option from the main menu will provide you with a direct link to Dr. Hendricksen's private messaging account.

Support Forum

Would you like to ask a question in a more public forum, so that other MyFibroHelp members might be also be able to provide answers and insight into what you are going through? Do you like to help others with similar problems? We would like to invite you to join our private support forum, that is open exclusively for all of our MyFibroHelp members. Here, you may post questions, answers, comments, and thoughts for others to read and share. Please be aware that, for privacy issues, all posts are monitored and approved prior to posting, and any references to companies or individuals may be censored.

The Support Forum link will take you to a list of all topics in the General Support Forum. From here, you may "Post a New Message", which actually starts a new topic. You can also click on any individual topic or click "VIEW ALL POSTS", which will allow you to read all messages posted in the forum. Once you are viewing messages within a topic, you can choose to reply to individual messages.

This is another support forum for simply sharing your favorite detoxification recipes!  Over time we hope to grow this area so that all members will have a resource for helping them to prepare delicious and healthy foods that will enable you to leave your fibromyalgia behind™!

Looking for information on a particular topic?  Please use our site search option.  It will search all of our content, including Dr. Hendricksen's articles as well as forum postings.

Private Messaging

The idea of Private Messaging is briefly described above in Private Support, but the idea is that you can send and receive messages privately and securely instead of using e-mail. Under the Private Messaging heading, you will see a link to "Private Messages" It is here that you can read messages sent, compose new messages, and reply to messages received. At MyFibroHelp, we respect the privacy of all members, so you need to know the name or user name of a member in order to send messages. Member names can be found at the Support Forum, so you can use these names to send private messages to other members. The main purpose of Private Messaging is to get support from Dr. Hendricksen, and the easiest way to do this is to use the Private Support link on the Main Menu.
